SHASHIMI SALAD

Very quick salad with salmon. Which is prepared from vegetables and fish by pickling.

Ingredients:

Salmon -300 grams

Onion -1 PC.

Carrot -2 PC.

Garlic -3 tooth.

Balsamic Vinegar -1 tbsp. L.

Soy sauce -2 tbsp. L.

Sunflower oil (or corn oil) -3 tbsp. L.

Salt,Black pepper (ground),

Coriander,Lemon,Parsley

per your taste.

Check the fish for bones. Rinse, drain with a paper towel and cut into small strips.

and pour over the vinegar.

Stir. Cover the bowl and in the fridge for an hour.

Cut the onions into thin half rings, and carrots into straws.

Grind the garlic. Pour the oil in a frying pan and fry the carrots, onions, garlic and spices.

Rinse the fish to remove salt, then drain with a paper towel

add to the pan and, stir for 1-2 min. When its cooled add the soy sauce.

Again, put the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that all of its ingredients become friends!

Serve the treat by decorating a slice of lemon and parsley.

The taste is fantastic! Super-healthy!

It is a very sad that everything tasty ends so quickly!:-(
